Beach Baby
The weather is really becoming so beautiful here. Molly and I try to go to the beach everyday; before more than a million people show up in June and July. She really loves digging around in the sand and going after the birds. Here are some of my favorite photos I have taken this month.
Has it been a year already?
I know that children grow so fast, but really? Molly is a little over one year now! She is starting to talk some, stand up, and just laughs all of the time. I just cannot believe that I am a mommy of a one year old. I’m really so proud.
She just had a one year party with lots of guest and great presents. We also had her do the traditional Korean custom of choosing the Dol Ga Be. Molly had to choose from a series of items that would reveal what kind of future she could expect: a stethoscope for a medical career, a old style pen for a scholar, a microphone for entertainment, a string for a long life, a gavel for a government job, and Korean bills and traditional Chinese coins for wealth. She really took the decision seriously and glazed over each item with her cute little fingers, but finally chose the coins. I can’t help but to be secretly very very very please.

Thank you everyone for making this a great party!!!

It’s Snowing
We have moved into our new home. It is actually about he same size as our studio, but the layout is different. We also have some incredible views from our apartment.
Molly really loves the new place and is starting to stand on her own. She will be running around this place in no time.
She is almost 7 months!!!
Molly is just a stone’s throw away from being 7 months, and she is just sooooooooo cute. She can sit up all by herself and can fall over just as easy. Oh, Molly is starting to cut her first tooth! But does that really explain NO sleep and hate of eating anything other than mommy’s milk? She also has quit the personality, and wants to do everything her own way. With the hundreds of toys she has, her favorite things are strings she finds on the ground, her changing pad, plastic bags, my cell phone, little specks of dirt, and her shoes.
Buddhist Temple
Where it all began… This is the place were I began the labor process. I listened to Monks chanting as I rested my tired feet in the creek and tried to relax through the back aches, which, unknowingly, was Molly’s sign that she is coming. Now at 6 months she got to visit this place once more.
Almost 6 Months
Molly is really getting cute, strong, and inquisitive. These are some of my favorite pictures of her. You can see how much bigger she got.
